feat(aria): complete React Aria Components port (#780)

* feat(aria): complete React Aria Components port

* fix(aria): close component port review findings

* fix(ci): refresh parity and eval metadata

* fix(aria): guard ColorSwatchPickerItem wrap with isChildrenBlock

Compiler-tagged .tsrx children are functions, so wrapping every function
child stripped the block tag and let composeRenderProps treat authored
children as render props.
