fix: fix comments style and enforce 3-comment structure in example files

Remove "How to...", "How do I...", "How can I..." phrasing, fix "image ur"
typo, fix "comments on it" subject-verb disagreement, fix extra comment
lines exceeding the required 3-comment structure, and update the
SelectListValue translation key.
