fix(utils): make math-delimiters block grammar CRLF-safe

Tolerate \r?\n at display-block line boundaries so direct callers of the
shared grammar handle Windows-authored text; marked-fed renderers already
normalize. Note collab-web parity caveat for bare \begin environments.
