test(linter/plugins): update conformance snapshot (#26076)

Conformance snapshots had got out of sync. At some point 1 test for ESLint Stylistic's `no-comma` rule has got broken (unclear when or how).

This PR doesn't attempt to fix the bug, but just makes sure the snapshot matches reality.
