* feat: convert tool call schemas between providers

* Split tool definition schemas from tool call schemas

* clean up

* change tools, toolCalls and respective schemas on provider change

* fix toolCall and tool definition updates on provider change

* move tool creations into schema files

* add parsing from spans to tools and tool calls

* fix conversions and parsing in editors for tools and toolCalls

* clean up after rebase

* fix more types after rebase

* add tests for schema conversions

* update comments
