docs(evals): Cleaned up notebooks, adding GPT-3 to each one (#1372)

* Cleaned up notebooks, adding GPT-3 to each one, adding descriptions to each one around the template, making them have a common look and feel

* Fixed the dataset downloads to be consistient with library, summarization data was also not correct datset

* Found a small bug name was incorrect, so results from GPT-3 were wrong - copy paste issue

* Pushed with Key - removed

* ignore imports
