fix: use consistent flags for bare git diff HEAD (#154)

Share --no-ext-diff/--no-textconv/--no-color/--no-renames across
auto-scoped, unscoped, and fail-open bare /code-review paths so
textconv behavior does not depend on whether artifacts were skipped.
