fix: deliver background results to the originating session (#147)

* fix: deliver background workflow results to the originating session

Route completion delivery by run.sessionId instead of the process-global
sendMessage slot. Persist a pending marker until a thenable host send
acknowledges, and re-home undelivered work across in-process session
replacement.

* fix: resolve rebase onto main for session delivery
