Handle RPC prompt flow without deadlocks

Auto-cancel child extension UI prompts, treat successful RPC prompt responses as a terminal settlement path when no agent starts, and add tested Pi dependency floor of >=0.80.5. Increase JSON line size limit and add tests for the new prompt-handling behavior.
