[BE] Gate test_ReplicationPad2d_large expected failure pre macOS 27 (#194726)

`test_ReplicationPad2d_large` used to fail pre 27. Since macOS 27 (`27.0 Beta (26A5406e)`) it no longer fails and passes, thus the change
