ScriptKit: extend usage() with command-specific help and reason parameter

- ScriptKit.usage(msg, scriptName, command?, reason?)
- With command: shows syntax + description + items from registered help data
- With reason: displays error message above the usage info
- Without command: unchanged fuzzy-match behavior
