ScriptKit: add changes command, auto-conflict detection for aliases

- !<plugin> changes [search]: full rendered changelog with optional text filter
- Auto-conflict detection: at registration, default aliases that match a registered
  command's first syntax word are auto-nulled (prevents interception)
