[analysis_server] Update pkg.status with new analysis server integration test paths

In b0d4ab8ef98befdad3bdc695055f077678ff5cd3 we moved the server integration tests from `test/integration/` to `integration_test/`.

While investigating some timeouts in some tests, I noticed that this status file still had the old paths (one of which might affect the timeouts since it marks them as Slow).
