feat(dashboards): Add Trace Metrics table visualization for Series (#122849)

Adds a feature-gated (`tracemetrics-dashboard-table`) table
visualization for Trace Metrics. The metric selector now has a `field`
option where it can be selected if there is at least one aggregate so a
user can group by different tags for the metric.

This PR focuses on supporting fields for the "Series" flow, i.e.
equations is in a follow up PR (#122850). So the equations selection
doesn't properly render the group by fields at the moment. Adding the
group by field to handle equations with tables requires more work than
is necessary in this PR.
