fix(sepia): keep the mannered-prose row inside the identity-gated Claude layer

Codex review of #45 (P1): the (V) row added to style-pass §2 was
unconditional. Every route ends with the §2–3 scan regardless of model
identity, so Fable 5.1 vendor evidence was being applied to prose whose
author and executor are unknown or non-Claude — contradicting the new
routing rule that makes vendor fingerprints version-scoped, and on the
fiction route literalizing legitimate metaphor outside §5's peaks in
human or other-model text.

The fix is subtraction. The row, the (V) alias in the style-pass
header, and the lead-in rewording that scoped the L/P claim around it
are removed; style-pass.md is now byte-identical to main. The generic
case — metaphor where a plain statement would do — was already covered
by the measured LAMP rows in §1 (cliché, purple prose), which is also
what the Codex read-only run cited when it caught the seeded phrases as
a prior. The Claude-specific instruction lives only in
model-fingerprints.md, where the identity rule gates it. sources.md
drops style-pass.md from the Anthropic row's consumers accordingly.
