docs(readme): add CI, release, and license badges to all three READMEs

Adds one badge row under the language line in README.md, README.zh-TW.md,
and README.zh-CN.md: the two GitHub Actions workflows (behavioral eval,
version consistency), the latest release from shields.io, and the MIT
license linking to LICENSE. All four URLs return 200 and the release
badge resolves to v0.5.0 at the time of this commit.
