docs(progress): close the audit line, record the video handoff

The video is the only scored requirement left, and everything needed for it now
lives in docs/VIDEO-SCRIPT.md rather than in a conversation. The 2026-08-24 QA
pass is recorded with its own caveat: I ran it, no independent agent did.
