Fixed editing an album thumb after moving the cursor away.

The edit and delete callbacks resolved their target from the cursor
position at the moment they ran, but editing is delayed by the ripple
hide duration and keyboard activation has no cursor over the thumb at
all. Bind the thumbnail that owns the button - by pointer, since
takeOrder() permutes _thumbs in place - and translate it through the
current order.
