Fixed crash painting an info layer with no content.

parentResized() can move the content out into a MoveMemento and only
queue hideSpecialLayer(), and LayerStackWidget renders the layer
synchronously through Ui::Shadow::grab() during transitions, so
paintEvent could run in the same window showFinished() was guarded for.
