Fixed huge allocation blurring a video preview.

The frame was blurred at full resolution and only then scaled down to the
preview width, which both allocates by the source pixel count and washes
the blur out in proportion to how much is scaled away - a 4K video got a
noticeably sharper preview than a small one.
