lottie: split composition roots from layers

Represent top-level and asset layer lists with LottieRootLayer instead
of full LottieLayer objects. Keep timing, lookup, effect, and property
override state in the root base. Retain transforms, masks, audio, matte,
and render-specific data in concrete layers.

This reduces per-composition memory and gives expressions an explicit
precomposition owner.
