feat: UMA integration - 13 new tools for UMA asset pipeline (v2.26.0)

- Add uma-bridge.js module with 13 UMA bridge functions
- Add uma-tools.js with full tool definitions and schemas
- Wire UMA tools into editor-tools.js and tool-tiers.js
- Create CHANGELOG.md with v2.26.0 and v2.25.0 entries
- Update README: UMA in features table, optional packages, What's New
- Bump version 2.25.0 to 2.26.0
