[CI] Modify the test cases for long-sequence scenarios to support the Kimi-K2.6-W4A8 and Kimi-K2.7-W4A8 (#15140)

### What this PR does / why we need it?

This PR migrates the multi-node test configurations for `Kimi-K2.6-W4A8`
and `Kimi-K2.7-W4A8` from the external data parallel (`external_dp`)
setup to the internal data parallel (`internal_dp`) setup. This update
is necessary to support these models in long-sequence scenarios using
the updated `deployment` schema required by the test runner.

### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?

No. This change only affects internal end-to-end test configurations.

### How was this patch tested?

Tested via the weekly multi-node CI pipeline with the updated
configuration files.
