chore(cache): promote the SSM companion key/store hashes to INFO under VMLX_CACHE_HASH_DEBUG

A store and a fetch that disagree on the key look exactly like "nothing was
ever stored" in the ordinary logs. Putting both hashes side by side turns a
multiturn multimodal investigation from inference into one read. Off by
default; the DEBUG-level line is unchanged.
