Add Invitation Resent Event Interfaces (#1433)

## Description

- Introduced `InvitationResentEvent` and `InvitationResentEventResponse`
interfaces to handle the 'invitation.resent' event.
- Updated the `Event` and `EventResponse` types to include the new event
interfaces.
- Modified the `deserializeEvent` function to support the new event
type.
