windows: Fix executable display name (#13091)

Closes #12907 

**Note:** To actually take effect, delete the registered key of `Zed` in
`HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local
Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache`, for example, delete
this:
