- Bump golangci-lint from v2.9 to v2.11
- Bump aquasecurity/trivy-action from 0.34.2 to 0.35.0
- Upgrade golang.org/x packages (net, crypto, sys, text, arch)
- Upgrade go-json, mimetype, and protobuf to latest patch versions
