fix: use proper Turkish characters in translations

Address review feedback:
- Use proper Turkish special characters (ı, ğ, ş, ç, ö, ü)
- Fix "Turkce" to "Türkçe"
- Remove extra keys not present in en.json for consistency
- Update all translations with correct Turkish orthography
