Add focusWindow dispatcher. Takes titles & classes

Removed focusWindowByClass function, replaced with focusWindow.
Either takes a class matching regex, or a title matching one,
beginning with "title:"
Kept the focuswindowbyclass dispatcher identifier to stay backwards
compatible with existing configs.
