feat: add --internal-url-regex option for fine-grained internal link control

Add a new CLI option to specify a regex pattern for determining which URLs
should be treated as internal links. This enables use cases like packaging
facebook.com/messages where only /messages paths should stay in-app while
other facebook.com pages open externally.
