feat(ts-sdk): behold the great migration

- refactor to allow for chain-agnostic zkgm instruction submission
- add CI release previews for publishable packages
- configure initial changelog generation
- migrate to source based exports
- add documentation generation based on tsdoc
- refactor examples to use service injection
- add `tstyche` for type unit tests
- patch `@cosmjs/stargate` to loosen denom restrictions
