feat(uniond): add wasmd (#137)

Implements #134 

This is tested by uploading a cw20 contract and executing a transfer. 

**Note that in this version, we had to fork `strangelove`'s PR that
implements the wasm clients, because it is targeting a cosmos sdk
version that haven't been released yet and contains a breaking change
(they moved `capability` module from cosmos-sdk to ibc-go). We'll go
back to using the original `cosmos-sdk` once this PR is resolved and the
dependencies are released.**
