Upgrade prover

This PR upgrade the prover to latest cometbft change in order to solve
an issue with the hash to field algorithm.
It also reintroduce an API call example for the prover and rename
`cometbls-prover` to `unionpd`.
We no longer have a duplicated `HashToField` but directly rely on the
cometbls implementation.
