fix: Move README.md to correct Python SDK location

- Move README.md from repo root to agents/python/sdk/README.md
- Update pyproject.toml to reference correct README location
- Fixes Python package installation in Lima VM and CI environments
- Resolves 'readme not found' error during pip install -e .
