fix(agent): add CloudFormation IAM resource types to IAM analyzer

- Add AWS::IAM::Role, AWS::IAM::Policy, AWS::IAM::User, etc. to resource detection
- Ensures IAM analyzer correctly identifies IAM resources in CloudFormation templates
- Fixes integration test that was reporting 0 findings
