docs(typography): update legacy classes to MD3 scale

Replace v3 typography utility classes with their v4 MD3 equivalents in
docs examples and the Nuxt blog post: text-h3 → text-display-medium,
text-h6 → text-title-large, text-body-2 → text-body-medium, and
text-caption → text-body-small.
