fix: add missing sidebarMode to uiStore and provider enum entries

- Add sidebarMode state and setSidebarMode action to uiStore
- Remove route-based sidebarMode sync from __root.tsx (task mode is pro-only)
- Add MiniMax, MiniMaxCN, Moonshot, Qwen, QwenPortal to ModelProviderEnum
