feat: auto-install modelscope SDK + direct HTTP download fallback

- auto_update.py + lib_setup.py: auto pip install modelscope if missing
- Falls back to direct HTTP (urllib) if SDK still fails
- Prints manual download URL as last resort
- Shows actual error messages instead of silent debug logging
