Support .NET 9 and update dependencies (#10)
Added support for .NET 9 by updating the TargetFrameworks in the project file. Also, upgraded package references including Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection.Abstractions to version 9.0.0 and updated the SDK version in global.json.
