Refactor Scoped Service Registrations for Vault

Separated the registrations of `TVault` and `TInterface` to improve service resolution. `TVault` is now registered directly, and `TInterface` is configured to use an existing `TVault` instance. This enhances the clarity and maintainability of the dependency injection setup.
