Preserve UI state until box list is loaded

Move process-list initialization tracking into the internal API state object and expose it via a dedicated accessor implementation. Update box-view cleanup to only prune saved expand-state entries when box data is confirmed loaded, and pass that signal from status refresh to avoid deleting valid UI state during transient empty-box updates.
