feat(mon-pages): filter all hosts by contact

The contacts column gets a plain text filter rather than the chip
autocomplete the neighbouring columns use: no autocompleter serves
users, so there is nothing to suggest.

Its "contains" reaches a list column, where Livestatus matches when
any one contact matches, which is what a substring search on the
column should mean.
