Sync github_app with updated review pipeline

- Add ORGANISM_PATH env var to use evolved prompts (seed_organism_v2)
- Bundle organism.json into Docker image
- Bump Fly VM memory to 2GB for heavier 6-pass + LLM aggregation pipeline
- Pass organism_path through worker to review_diff()
