fix(jetbrains): open session prompt menu above the more button

Show the Kilo.Session.PromptMenu popup with its bottom edge flush against the more button's top edge (PopupShowOptions.aboveComponent), matching the model picker's Placement.ABOVE convention, instead of anchoring underneath it.
