docs(breeze-tts): use unofficial MLX 4-bit checkpoint in examples

The publisher's checkpoint ships PyTorch safetensors that MLX cannot load.
Point the examples at LunaFox/Breeze-TTS-2-mlx-4bit, an unofficial MLX
conversion quantized to 4-bit.
