DOCS/man/mpv: add usage hint alternative for pseudo-gui profile

This has been deprecated for 9 years since
9eef41dec15580623cfa62909221fbc1fbf41706.
With the previous commit, this can be replaced by conditional autoprofiles.
Add usage hint to the documentation.
