Merge "Fix status bar overlay reappearing when scrolling past anchor item in AppScaffold AppScaffold previously evaluated `offset.isNaN() || offset <= 0f` when determining whether to display the system status bar overlay during `ScreenStage.Scrolling`. When scrolling down far enough for the top anchor item to leave the viewport, `currentAnchorItemOffset` evaluated to `Float.NaN`, causing the status bar overlay to unintentionally reappear and stay visible during active scrolling. This change updates the scroll-away check to `(!offset.isNaN() && offset <= 0f)`, ensuring the status bar overlay only displays during scrolling when the content is confirmed to be at the top.
